The third series of BBC Three’s acclaimed supernatural drama Being Human returns this Sunday.
After the dramatic conclusion to series two, Werewolves George (Russell Tovey) Nina (Sinead Keenan) and Vampire Mitchell (Aidan Turner) are settling into their new home – a kitsch bed and breakfast named Honolulu Heights located in Barry, Wales.
Meanwhile ghost Annie (Lenora Crichlow) is desperately trying to escape purgatory.
Series creator Toby Whithouse says the change of location has “allowed us to kick off the series with a fresh start and with a renewed energy and provided us with heaps more material than we imagined.”
The third run boasts guest appearances by Robson Green, James Fleet and former EastEnder Lacey Turner.
In addition to the new TV run, Whithouse has overseen a new online series set in a fictional college which follows a new group of characters over nine episodes.
Written by Brian Dooley, Jamie Mathieson and John Jackson, the online episodes will launch mid-way through the third series.
BBC Three, Sunday 23rd January at 9pm.
