BT Sport is to screen 5 live Barclays Premier League games in February, including matches featuring “four of the current top five teams.”
The matches include Arsenal v Manchester United at the Emirates on Wednesday February 12 and Chelsea v Everton ten days later and Liverpool v Arsenal on Saturday February 8 at Anfield.
BT says its coverage of Liverpool v Arsenal and Arsenal v Manchester United matches will be the first time the fixtures have been shown live in the UK other than on Sky Sports.
Simon Green, director of BT Sport, said: “The top class games keep coming with BT Sport. We have some fabulous top flight live fixtures in February, with league leaders Arsenal taking on both Liverpool and Manchester United.
“We also have what should a terrific match between second placed Chelsea and in-form Everton. Not forgetting, of course, the games at Upton Park and Cardiff.
“We promised BT Sport viewers top class football action and that’s exactly what we’re delivering.”
BT’s channels are free to view via BT TV, apps and Sky with BT Broadband and included in Virgin Media’s XL package. Non-BT broadband customers can add the channels to their Sky+ box for £12 per month.
