BT confirms Fear the Walking Dead season two’s UK airdate

BT has confirmed that season two of its exclusive zombie drama Fear the Walking Dead will air simultaneously with the show’s US premiere.

Season one ended with Madison (Kim Dickens), Travis (Cliff Curtis) and their extended family taking temporary shelter in Strand’s gated estate overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

As civil unrest continues to grow and the dead take over Los Angeles, Strand (Colman Domingo) prepares to escape to “Abigail,” his large yacht moored offshore.

The fifteen part second season production last month in the Baja peninsula in Mexico at Baja Studios, home to some of the greatest ocean-set films in recent years including James Cameron’s Titanic.

Fans will be able to watch season two from Monday 11th April with each episode debuting at 2:00am before getting a primetime repeat the same day and will also be treated to the “lively review show” Talking Dead in which Chris Hardwick discusses the latest episode.

Both shows will air on AMC UK which is exclusive to BT TV and BT Sport pack customers.

Season one of the Fear the Walking Dead was AMC’s highest rating show when it aired last September. The channel is also the exclusive UK home to Rectify and Manhattan.
