The 10-part series is being produced by US channel TNT and sees Larry Hagman, Patrick Duffy and Linda Gray reprise their roles of J.R., Bobby and Sue Ellen Ewing opposite Josh Henderson and Jesse Metcalfe as J.R. & Bobby’s sons John Ross and Christopher.
Also joining the cast are Jordana Brewster as Elena, a girl involved in a love triangle with Ewing cousins, Julie Gonzalo as Christopher’s fiancée Rebecca and Brenda Strong as Bobby’s new wife Ann.
Channel 5’s director of programmes Jeff Ford said: “With its alluring mix of wealth, seduction, scandal and intrigue it’s a hugely exciting addition to our 2012 schedule.”
