Doctor Who producers have released a second photo of the show’s newest alien monster.
Yesterday fans were treated to an early, shadow-filled look at the new unnamed foe is and today’s picture sees it receiving instructions from Director Edward Bazalgette who is working on the show’s third filming block.
The new monster is set to menace The Doctor (Peter Capaldi) and companion Clara (Jenna Coleman) when the series returns for its ninth series this autumn.
Our heroes will be joined by a stellar roster of guys stars, including Game of Thrones star Maisie Williams and comedian and actor Rufus Hound.
There’ll also be return appearances by Michelle Gomez and Jemma Redgrave as rogue Timelord Missy – revealed last series to be the Doctor’s old foe The Master – and UNIT boss Kate Stewart.
Also confirmed to appear are Siblings and CBBC’s Horrible Histories star Tom Stourton, Ariyon Bakare, Simon Lipkin, Ian Conningham, Murray McArthur, Barnaby Kay, John Voce, and Struan Rodger.
