Channel 4 has commissioned a business format The Takeover from Victory Television, a joint venture with Sony Pictures Television (SPT) which owns the Dragon’s Den format.
Former BBC Dragon Hilary Devey will front the show which sees bosses hand over the reins of their business to the workforce in an attempt to revive their fortunes.
The series will be executive produced by Victory Television’s Clare Hollywood.
SPT has acquired worldwide rights with the exclusion of Ireland from the format’s creators Toto Productions.
