The XITE music video app is coming to Sky Q in a move the broadcaster says will make the platform “a one-stop shop for music fans”.
The ‘freemium’ ad-supported app – which is available without subscription or the need to create a log-in – allows fans to discover, curate and play their favourite music videos while searching by style, era or mood.
Customers can choose to upgrade to a Premium tier for an ad-free experience.
XITE will begin rolling out to all Sky Q customers from today and will be available in the Music and Apps section over the next few weeks.
Liz Wynn, Director of Sky TV said: “This is brilliant news for customers, Sky Q brings together all the music you love, all in one place, with the new XITE app right next to Spotify and You Tube on the big screen.”
