Tech gadgets that only the rich can afford

November 24, 2016 - Staff@seenituk

Tech pieces only rich people can afford really help to cement their status as part of an elite, membership of which is unattainable to the rest of us no matter how hard we work.

The rich have been finding ways to throw money around for a long time just to show off the fact that they can – in previous generations they did so by taking holidays, including when it was still new and glamorous by plane, to exotic locales unvisited by the masses, or by buying expensive brands and models of motor car.

Today tech gadgets are the popular ‘show off’ of choice and if you thought the Apple Watch Edition was the last word in show-off tech, we have some potentially shocking news for you.

The Vizio 120″ R-Series 4K TV is a 4k television for the people who think that standard 4k televisions are just too middle class these days. These are the sorts of televisions that people used to dream about twenty-five years ago when they were thinking about the future and the new millennium.

This is a huge flat-screen television mounted on the wall that is going to display everything onscreen in such exquisite detail that it borders on virtual reality. Naturally, the price tag is going to border on virtual reality for the people who are not used to spending that sort of money on a television previously.

The RJ X Super Mario Bros. Watch is the sort of thing that has to be seen to be believed. This is really the sort of thing that is a nostalgia piece for wealthy members of Generation X, since people are only going to be able to get images of Mario, and yet it is as expensive as a small car.

This is a watch that is going to appeal to the memories of Generation X members on multiple levels, assuming that their fortunes were not gobbled up in the housing crisis ten years ago.

Some rich people are not going to want to learn how to race. They are just going to want a racing simulator. A racing simulator is certainly going to be easier to use than many other gadgets, and it is easier to hop on a racing simulator than it is to actually try to participate in real racing demonstrations.

For a lot of rich people, this might actually be enough for them. However, it is going to cost them a pretty penny or two, and they might or might not want to share a device like this with their friends. It isn’t the sort of thing that people are going to win at the Royal Vegas Online Casino or a similar gaming website.

The concept of ‘wealthy’ in the first place is somewhat subjective. Some people are going to consider one group to be wealthy, and it is going to be hard to get people to universally agree that the group in question is wealthy.

However, most people will agree that the people who can own gadgets like these are rich, even if they do not agree to that themselves.
