It’s impossible to watch the show without wondering why the rest of the show’s characters put up with her endless self-centred, attention-seeking behaviour.
So hurrah for her denouncement as a “nasty, ignorant, cruel, fucking bitch” and a double-hurrah that the painful truth was delivered by Shelly (Camille Coduri) – the most vulnerable victim of her incessant bullying.
Laura’s acquaintance with the truth was long overdue and, truth be told, the show would’ve been testing the audience’s patience had someone not finally voiced what we’ve all been thinking for the past three seasons.
