Digital channel HISTORY is to show America: The Story of the US – an epic, 12-part series exploring the founding and development of America – from this Monday (30th August).
The series includes interviews with major American figures including businessman Donald Trump and actor Michael Douglas and uses CGI and dramatic reconstructions to tell some of the most iconic moments in American history.
Starting with the English settlers who first journeyed across the Atlantic to the land of opportunity through to the terror attacks of 9/11, the Emmy nominated series casts a new light on America’s culture and historical story.
