Twenty storeys up, former cop Nick Cassidy (Sam Worthington; Avatar) steps out of his Manhattan hotel window and on to a narrow ledge, bringing news hungry reporters running and traffic to a standstill on the street below.

Failed police negotiator, Lydia Mercer (Elizabeth Banks; The Hunger Games) is requested by Cassidy to talk him down when it’s revealed he recently escaped from jail where he was sentenced for his part in a multi-million dollar diamond robbery.

Whilst Cassidy has gone to great heights to hide the truth of the situation, his brother (Jamie Bell; The Adventures of TinTin: The Secret of the Unicorn, Billy Elliot) and his feisty girlfriend (Genesis Rodriguez; Entourage) are out to prove his innocence the only way possible – to commit the same crime that he was originally charged with and steal the missing diamond for a second time!
