December 1, 2015 - Staff@seenituk

Sky_logo_720A new Sky Go app has been released for Amazon Fire tablets, giving the pay-TV firm’s customers more ways to watch their favourite shows while on the move.

Sky Go offers live and on-demand content from up to 70 entertainment channels, including Sky 1, Sky Atlantic as well as Sky Movies and Sky Sports at no additional cost to the customer’s existing subscription.

The new app is available for “multiple generations of Fire tablets” and can be downloaded at www.amazon.co.uk/appstore.

Luke Bradley-Jones, Sky’s Director of TV Products, commented: “It’s brilliant that Amazon Fire tablets are now compatible with Sky Go in time for the great line up of TV this December.”

Steve Rabuchin, Vice President, Amazon Appstore, added: “The addition of Sky Go to our store provides our customers with easy access to Sky’s first-class exclusive TV, movies and sports programming.

“We’re delighted to welcome Sky to the Amazon ecosystem we look forward to working with the Sky team in future.”
