Currently in production, the film stars Andrew Garfield as Peter Parker/Spider-Man, Emma Stone, Rhys Ifans, Denis Leary, Martin Sheen, and Sally Field and is of course based on the Marvel Comic Book by Stan Lee and Steve Ditko.
