Ben Affleck directs and stars in Argo, a new thriller based on Tony Mendez’s account of the rescue of six U.S. diplomats from Tehran during the 1979 Iranian hostage crisis.

The film also stars Bryan Cranston, Alan Arkin, and John Goodman and was co-produced by George Clooney and Grant Heslov.

Argo is released in the UK on November 7th by Warner Bros.
