Sky renews Mark Strong’s Temple for second series

Mark Strong’s hit Sky One series Temple has been recommissioned for a second series, with filming confirmed to get underway in early 2020.

Debuting in September, the series also stars Daniel Mays and Carice Van Houten and sees Strong play Daniel Milton, a respected surgeon who finds himself drawn into the underground world of doomsday preppers and bank robbers when he tries to save his wife’s life, by setting up an illicit clinic beneath Temple tube station in London.

Series two will re-join the action a month on from where this week’s final episode.
