TalkTalk signs deal with NBCUniversal to offer TV box sets

October 16, 2014 - Staff@seenituk

talktalk_brand_shotTalkTalk customers can now add a box set ‘boost’ to their TV packages following a deal between the ISP and NBCUniversal.

The new package, called TVBox, gives on demand box sets of hit US TV series including Suits, Grimm and all seven seasons of 30 Rock for £5 a month.

NBCUniversal already provides TalkTalk – and other providers – with its movie on demand service, PictureBox, which offers a rolling selection of big name films.

Olivia Streatfeild, Commercial Director, TalkTalk said: “This is a really exciting step forward for our TV service. We want to give our customers access to even more great TV at a great price, and this partnership with NBCUniversal does just that.

“As our service grows, so do our ambitions; we’re innovating with on demand content and this is another example of how TV from TalkTalk just keeps getting better.”

Jay McNamara, EVP, Strategy Development & Analysis, NBCUniversal International Television said: “We are thrilled to expand upon our dynamic partnership with TalkTalk and introduce this latest development in our branded on demand business to their customers.

“Through this service, subscribers will now have access to the best NBCUniversal TV series in an exciting box set format.”
